In the early days, Newk’s fast casual restaurants were struggling to gain traction. The manner in which the brand was presented was confusing and did not actually align with company philosophy, culture, guest experience, or its product.
MWB was asked to lead a brand evaluation study and then help rebrand the restaurant chain based on survey findings. The result? A brand that better reflects ‚ÄúNewk’s Eatery,‚Äù a 44% increase in system wide sales within one year, and opening 55 new restaurants across 11 states during MWB’s tenure as the company’s agency of record.
